Who’s behind Curavix.
Curavix is run by me: a master’s student in Medical Informatics, the field where healthcare, data and technology meet. It’s a discipline built around one question: how do you make information work for people — reliably and safely?
I’m not a big agency or a senior consultant with decades on the clock, and I don’t pretend to be. That’s exactly why I focus on small, well-defined projects: work I can deliver carefully, explain clearly and support afterwards.

What does a project cost?
Every project gets a fixed price, agreed upfront and based on a clearly defined scope. Because I focus on small, well-defined projects, they stay within reach for small businesses. The intro call is always free.
Is my project too small?
Probably not. Small projects are exactly what Curavix is for. Automating even one annoying weekly task can save you many hours over a year.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. You know your business; I take care of the technical side. I explain everything in plain language and make sure you and your team are comfortable using the result.
Which tools do you work with?
Preferably the ones you already use, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Excel, combined with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n. When that isn’t enough, I build a custom solution in Python. For AI, I pick a model that fits both the task and your privacy requirements.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive data?
Carefully — it’s at the heart of my field. I only work with the data that’s truly needed, prefer tools that store data within the EU, and make sure the solution fits the GDPR. If your data is sensitive, we discuss the options before anything is built.
What happens after delivery?
You get documentation and a short walkthrough, and everything runs on your own accounts, so you’re never dependent on me. Want help with changes or maintenance later? That’s always possible.
