Curavix is an AI and automation company with its roots in medical informatics: the field where healthcare, data and technology meet. It’s built around one question: how do you make information work for people — reliably and safely?

What does a project cost?
Every project gets a fixed price, agreed upfront and based on a clearly defined scope. Because we focus on small, well-defined projects, they stay within reach for small businesses. The intro call is always free.
Is my project too small?
Probably not. Small projects are exactly what Curavix is for. Automating even one annoying weekly task can save you many hours over a year.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. You know your business; we take care of the technical side. We explain everything in plain language and make sure you and your team are comfortable using the result.
Which tools do you work with?
Preferably the ones you already use, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Excel, combined with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n. Dashboards are built in tools like Power BI or Looker Studio. When that isn’t enough, we build a custom solution in Python. For AI, we pick a model that fits both the task and your privacy requirements.
Can you work with the data we already have?
Yes, that’s usually where we start. Excel files, exports from your booking, webshop or accounting software, or a database: we clean the data up, analyse it and turn it into a clear dashboard that’s easy to keep up to date.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive data?
Carefully — it’s at the heart of what we do. We only work with the data that’s truly needed, prefer tools that store data within the EU, and make sure the solution fits the GDPR. If your data is sensitive, we discuss the options before anything is built.
