In short

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. The only personal data I receive is what you send me through the contact form, and I only use it to reply to you.

Who is responsible

Curavix is responsible for processing the personal data described in this statement.

What data and why

When you use the contact form, I receive:

• your name and email address;
• your company name, if you choose to provide it;
• the content of your message.

I use this data only to respond to your message and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who processes your data

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives contact form submissions on my behalf. To deliver the website securely, Netlify processes technical data such as IP addresses. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

The font used on this site is hosted on this website itself, so no data is sent to third parties such as Google when you visit.

How long I keep it

I keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request. If no collaboration follows, I delete your message within 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, send a message via the contact form. If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
